Providers are always out there trying to find ways to create value added services. Services that not only meet their clients needs, but go above and beyond.
But sometimes providers don’t get it right, maybe by a little, maybe by a lot.
Today I want to appreciate some of the best attempts out there. So to providers, what is a value added service that you have provided that you feel brought the most joy to your participants, and to participants, what is one of your favourite memories of a value added service a provider has done for you.
I will go first. Sometimes when working with my young and more reluctant participants who need to head into school or hospital, I go as Bubbles the clown. It is a great ice breaker.
