Thought bubbles

Can’t sleep with the wind tonight. Decided to paint the whole house instead. Needed to go from red to white on a few walls.

But while I was painting I was also thinking. Mostly about “value added” services. And I am now wondering about participants experiences. Mostly because I am wondering whether running free courses on “value added” services for providers would trickle down and actually benefit participants.

So my main question here is in your personal experiences as a participant:

How many providers do you feel have given you added value?

How many do you feel are giving you the standard expectation?

How many are under performing?

And the last one I am particularly interested in is, are there providers attempting added value services but pushing more towards things they want to do rather than things you will find beneficial or engaging?

I feel like improvements could be made not just for participants, but for providers as well. Providers often invest a lot in activities and events, multiple times. It is a drain of it is not really what people want and need.

Anyway back to my walls.

I understand why you achieve so much in a day now… no sleep haha.

I think courses would be fantastic and its something we wanted to incorporate with the next iteration of the platform. There needs to be more practical education.

When I clean the house, it always takes me far longer than it should because I always drift into business fantasy land. Sounds like the walls were your portal there :joy:

The walls are quite cathartic. Especially when I asked my partner to find me the screws to the antenna mount, which he did. After finding the bolts for the rower, the link cable, a sock that went missing 4 weeks ago and made me a sandwich because he forgot what I asked for.

I think there could be some benefits to a program to learn smaller skills for running and business and benefiting participants. Active listening is a good one.
