My clinical approach integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, ACT, somatic therapy, and expressive arts-based healing, supporting ndividuals, couples, and families navigating complex trauma, PTSD, addiction, relational challenges, and nervous system regulation both online and in person.
