Hi,

My name is Claudia. I run Incurable Little Adventurers on the Sunshine Coast. I offer one- on- one support to children diagnosed with chronic health conditions. This involves in- home care, taking them out into the community, on school excursions, camps and missions trips.
I provide assistance to the whole family, assisting in health education and building independence and autonomy.

I am excited to hear what others are doing and how we can learn from one another.

Welcome to the forum, its good to have you here.

Quick tip, make sure to set up your post signature so people can easily click through to your directory listing. It’s a great way for everyone to find you and connect.

I know that there are lots of parents on PNP that may be interested. By having a post signature it saves them the hassle of having to manually go to the directory and do a search for you.

Looking forward to hearing more about your experiences and maybe picking up some tips from the amazing work you’re doing.

I’m with Jake here. It’s very convenient. Other than a few exceptions, I personally haven’t visited the directory that much. I’ve only been visiting the listings of providers who have posted in here with a post signature for me to click through to.

Yes, please do Claudia. I have a friend who lives all the way up the sunshine coast who has recently had a plan approved for her 5 year old son. She’s divorced with 3 children and is struggling. She’s currently looking for supports. Couldn’t see a listing on the directory with your business name either.
