Ndis worker clearance

I just got my police check which has two speeding fines (both +10km over) i have just applied for an ndis worker clearance but am so concerned it’ll get rejected because of this
(I have never lost my licence)
*i am aware that speeding is dangerous and how bad it is to have those infringements

  • not condoning it- but both situations were when changing speed zones from an 60/80 zone to a 100km zone, where i did so early in vision of the sign*
    ^^ again, not condoning- but emphasising i am not a rev head hooning as such
    Has anyone else attained an ndis worker clearance with significant speeding charge?

As long as there was no court conviction it won’t have an impact on your screening check.

Just be aware some participants who want community access may want to see your driving record before letting you drive them around. This may result in the participant choosing another worker.
