I have a Bachelor of Health Science and I’m a naturopath with a special interest in gut health. I am located in Melbourne ( St Kilda)
As a support worker, I can help you with:

Companionship at appointments, activities, and events (please note: I don’t have a car but can travel with you by public transport or taxi)

Support with lifestyle habits like gentle exercise, mindfulness, or stress management

I enjoy attending art galleries, the theatre, live music, and cultural events and would love to accompany you to similar outings if that’s something you enjoy too.
