Michelle here, I’m the Founder of Kaboose. We are an online community where neurodivergent individuals can find friends who share the same interests. We also provide paccess to peer support, mentoring and jobs. All our social & support groups are run by lived experienced pyschologists & educators.

your online community looks great, it is so good to see more of these kinds of spaces coming up. A lot of the mainstream spaces are inappropriate, toxic (side eyes facebook) and carry risks of scams and other issues. It can be hard for people with disabilities to navigate. The initiative to assist with finding work provides a range of benefits too.
What got you into working in the online space?

Yeah, that was why I started, my son was bullied and tricked online, so I wanted a space that was just for ND people to meet other ND’s but also help navigate topics they want to talk about. We have a community for under 18s (need ID to join) and then the over 18 to 99. We have a lot of late diagnosed folk from all over the world!

I had a read of one of your blogs and looked through your site. I love what you’re doing with employment and social support. You can feel that this creation of yours has come from the heart. The best companies do.
