Introducing Hopeland Support Services

Hi all, my name is Max, director Hopeland Support Services. We are based in Bardia, a small suburb in NSW providing participants in Southwest and Western Sydney with NDIS core services.
Though I have been running this business since 2020, I am still navigating the intricacies of this entity called NDIS which seems like an endless loop of dynamism😊
I hope to connect with experts in this forum that can drop me a few hints on how to be better in this business and at the same time effectively support participants in achieving their personal goals, gain greater independence, and enhance their overall quality of life whilst still maintaining compliance to rules, regulations and standards set by the NDIA and the NDIS commission.
So yeah, please hit me up if you have participants who might be needing our services around Southwest and Western Sydney.
One thing about me is that I am such a curious cat. So please bear with me if I start bombarding everyone with questions for I am only trying to improve…like the saying goes “always strive for continuous improvement, instead of perfection”

Hey Max

Fantastic to have you here!

If you’ve been in the game for 4 years, I’m sure you know more than you’re letting on

There’s lots of participants here that frequently need questions answered, so its a good way to create goodwill, trust and begin building a reputation for your company. Think of it as online community outreach.

Don’t hesitate to bombard with questions. That’s what this platform is for. To give people the information they need to make informed decisions. It can still be difficult at times with NDIS being there’s so many grey areas though.

We do have some very knowledgeable members here and looking to attract more. Relatively speaking, we’re still a growing community, however, we’re in the process of some big upgrades to the platform and we have our eye on different kinds of specialists to join the community to really turbo charge the resources for providers here.

If you need any assistance with anything at all Max, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Welcome to the group! Always happy to try and help with questions.

I’m so happy I responded before you for once haha

I was working :joy:

Thanks guys.
I am very glad to be here
