I am Nat - Business Development Manager for Healthy Emporium, and I wanted to share some info about our incredible team!
We have a team of 23 highly experienced Support Coordinators, A Recovery Coach, Compliance Specialist and Intake team and we are proud to support over 600 participants.
We have grown rapidly over the few years, Most of our referrals come from word of mouth—providers and participants themselves, which speaks volumes about the trust and satisfaction our services bring.
Navigating the NDIS system can be challenging, but participants don’t have to do it alone.
Our team is here to guide them, offering tailored, person-centred support. Whether it’s understanding the approved supports or helping participants access the care and services they need, we’ve got it covered.
As a registered NDIS provider, we also offer Specialised Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching. We go above and beyond compliance standards, holding GCC Audit Certification and Quality Certification Compliance accredited by Centro Assist—ensuring all of our participants receive reliable, high-quality service.
Happy to be in this community and hopefully share some helpful insight of Support Coordination.
Sounds like Healthy Emporium has built a strong team with a solid reputation. It’s great to have more experienced voices here.
I’m sure the participants here would love to hear your insights. Writing articles in our helpful Articles Articles section is a fantastic way to establish trust and provide value. We’re yet to have any SC written articles, so it would be an opportunity to take advantage of the current void. It’s just a suggestion.
Also Nat, I’ve noticed that you guys don’t have a post signature yet. Just for your reference this is Laurens post signature:
I also wanted to add that I just had a look at your listing and its very well put together and nice on the eye. Nice colours and nice listing photos of the staff. Its good to see someone take the time to put together a stylistic listing.
I’m a big believer in the ‘effort filter’, the idea that the effort someone puts into something says a lot about them. Whether it’s a business listing, a job application, or even a forum post. The level of care and attention they invest is often a direct reflection of their commitment, professionalism, and, by extension, the quality of service they provide.
