Hi everyone 
I’m Riani, currently working as the Client Engagement Coordinator and Operations Manager at National Disability Care.
I’ve been in the nursing world for over 13 years, mental health, aged care, operating theatres, community, and now I’m fully immersed in the NDIS community. I’m proudly ADHD (diagnosed later in life), so I deeply relate to the need for support that’s actually flexible, personalised, and real.
I’m here to learn, connect, and chat with other providers, support coordinators, and people navigating the system. I’m all about honest convos, practical support, and getting creative with how we show up for participants, especially those with lived experience.
