Hi all, I’m Mark, and together with my amazing wife, we’ve founded Aided Hearts in Western Melbourne, VIC.
Our journey into this space has been deeply personal and driven by a shared passion for helping others. I come from a background in health information management, with experience in both public and mental health services. My wife Ilev, who has a background in psychology and sociology as well as years of hands-on experience working in the disability support sector, brings a wealth of practical knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her work. Her commitment to empowering individuals and families has been one of the biggest inspirations behind Aided Hearts.
We started Aided Hearts with a clear mission:
To provide compassionate, person-centred support that empowers individuals to live with dignity, independence, and confidence. We focus on building genuine connections, promoting inclusivity, and ensuring high-quality care every step of the way.
Right now, our services include daily living support, community participation, and we’re excited to be expanding into expressive therapies—starting with music therapy.
