Well in the world of crime, the onus of proving that someone guilty is on police.
So it makes sense that the NDIA should at a minimum be giving clear information as to what evidence they need as opposed to just jerking people around.
That was the problem for some of our participants. At ART the NDIA supplied a list of evidence never given, but the entire list were things NDIA never asked us to provide. When we asked them to show proof the evidence was ever asked for they tried to say they didn’t need to and the evidence was just required. It had never been required in previous years. When we supplied it they said they needed to question all the professionals who supplied the reports directly. They just kept goal post shifting.
