Not sure if anyone lives somewhere south, dark and on a hill but there is a high chance to see Aurora Australis on the horizon tonight.

Unfortunately where I am we had 100% cloud cover.
Closer to the NSW/VIC border they had much better luck.

hey, I was able to get this on my phone at Williams town beach 
wish I had a better camera on me for it.
I would love to see the moving ones in the arctic one day, without any light pollution nearby
!
