At Althea Collective, I am passionate about providing a compassionate, inclusive, and client-centred approach to social work. From my experience working with clients on the NDIS or families with children accessing it, I understand the challenges that can arise—whether it’s navigating restrictions or dealing with agency limitations.
The dream for Althea Collective is to grow, bringing on more skilled workers and continue supporting clients through more ways and prograsns. However, at the heart of this vision is a commitment to working closely with clients and their families to identify their unique needs and collaboratively strategise solutions. By listening and tailoring support, we want to build a service that truly empowers individuals, carers, and families alike.
