Nothing’s ever 100% successful, but things like events/activities is a perfect way to put that skill to use.
Some people are really shy, so you’re lucky. I’d use that strength as much as possible.
Yes. It also doesn’t help that some of our clients age out or achieve their goals and don’t need us any more. Both things are fantastic, but it means we are regularly off to find new clients. One of my staff and I both currently have availability we are trying to fill.

Hi Vicky, great to have you here! I can say that having a support worker who’s still learning is honestly not a bad thing. Sometimes it makes for a more patient and understanding experience. It’s awesome that you’ve reached out to NDIS companies. You’ll find your way soon enough.
